My roller derby career started in 2011 with a small town JRDA team, and from there my skating involvement and experiences took off. I worked at my local roller rink from 2013 to 2016 where I was leading basic skating lessons. In 2014, my family formed our own JRDA league in which I fulfilled a player-coach role until I aged out in 2016 and transitioned to head coach. Meanwhile, my sister and I joined a USARS/FIRS roller derby rule set based league in 2015 that allowed ages 14 years and up to play for adult teams and compete at a higher level. Also in 2015, my sister and I competed in our first USARS Nationals Tournament and I qualified for and competed in the first JRDA World Cup for Team USA East. In 2016, my sister and I qualified for and competed in the first Roller Derby Junior Olympics as a part of the Great Lakes Region team which was back to back with our second year attending USARS Nationals. I would compete in USARS Nationals once more in 2017 before moving to Washington in 2018 where I joined my first WFTDA league. I played for the Bellingham Roller Betties from 2018 to 2020 and qualified for another USA roller derby team which won the gold in 2019 at the World Roller Games in Barcelona. Since then I have mostly taken a break from competitive skating to focus on my education and in 2023 I graduated from Western Washington University with my bachelors of science in kinesiology with a focus in sport and exercise psychology.
