Mackenzie's Coaching Goals

I’ve been coaching since 2014, and much of my credentials are built on my firsthand skating, exercise, and coaching experiences. In addition to my practical knowledge, I hold a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a focus in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Western Washington University, as well as a certification in Personal Training from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. This blend of experience and education allows me to offer a well-rounded, informed approach to coaching.


I’m committed to continually developing my professional skills to provide the best possible coaching experience for each individual I work with.
